Call Scheduling

One click assigns a person an entire block of call.
Use fixed call frequencies (Q1, Q2, Q3, ...) or create custom call patterns.
A single drag and drop swaps call assignments over an entire block.
Get detailed *Call tallies* by day-of-week, with totals for weekday, weekend, and holiday calls.
Color-code staff by training level. Interns are one color, juniors another, etc.
See who's on service, when people were last on call, year-to-date call tallies, and more. The next three sections illustrate information displayed in the team list.
As you assign call, you see each person's previous and next rotations and when he/she is on call around the switch days. The software flags bad switches.
While assigning call, you can also view summary call tallies by rotation and year-to-date. Summary tallies appear as bar charts.
The "Busy bar" summarizes each person's call days, obligations (clinics, conferences, etc.), and special requests. All the information you need to decide who works when is available at a glance.
View call schedules in calendar and table formats. Many people create schedules in table view and switch to calendar format for printing.
