If you are finding there's too much information in your call schedule to
fit to a page, you can break a large schedule into smaller pages.Put your call schedule on screen in OnCall. On the main toolbar, click on
the Schedule Content icon
. The Content box has
several functions, but its main function is to let you choose which rows of a schedule to
display or hide.
Along the top of the Content box, you'll see 8 buttons made up of
1 to 4 blue or black circles . They represent 8 pages of content you can configure. Select
Setup #1, the single blue dot -
. That will be the
default content display for the online schedules. In the Content box list, click on the
call services until you have one group of services displayed, ideally the ones people will
want to access the most. Then go to Setup #2 (click the double blue circle) and display a
second set of call services.
If you want all services to be displayed as the default, leave
Setup #1 showing everything and configure the other page setups for ICU, SNGR, VA, DPR,
etc. The table and calendar formats can have their own page content setups. If you want
the same groupings for calendar and table format, switch the call schedule to calendar
view and go through the same steps with the Content box.
Post the schedule to the web site and at the top of the call
schedule, the drop-down that lets you select specific rows will have "Set 1",
"Set 2", etc.
