You
can track vacation, CME and sick days in attending schedules. Go to the work-preferences
calendar (
), and choose Vac,
Sick or CME from
the dropdown selector to insert special days into the calendar. 
You can track other special days too. Go to File / General Setup and
select the Services tab. Enter Leave, Maternity, or any other special days you need
to track. Turn off the checkbox labeled on schedule. Services that are not on the
schedule becomes items you can click into people's preferences calendars.
In the dropdown selector, gray numbers to the right of Vac,
Sick and CME tell
you how many of each type of day a person has taken. To get totals for all staff, go to
the statistics (
) page and display tallies by service. The Infobox
lets you switch between reporting by service and by day-of-week.
